The Animal Control officer will attempt to confine the animal when practical to do so, and take it to the SPCA. The SPCA is authorized to enforce the Dog Ordinance and may issue a citation. |

The SPCA will pick up the animal and transport it to the SPCA. They are authorized to enforce the Dog Ordinance and may issue a citation. |
