King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that construction work is scheduled on Route 29 (Morehall Road) in East Whiteland and Charlestown townships, Chester County, as part of a project to address stormwater management on over 90 state highways in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Friday, October 13, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on Route 29 (Morehall Road) between Atwater Drive/General Warren Boulevard and the Pennsylvania Turnpike overpass for prepping work and utility relocation.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
