Charlestown Township Board of Supervisors Business Meeting Minutes of March 12, 2015

The second business meeting for March was held March 12, 2015 at the Great Valley Middle School Cafeteria, 255 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, PA Room 154.

Present:

Supervisors:	Frank A. Piliero, Chairman, Michael J. Rodgers, Vice Chairman, Kevin R. Kuhn and Hugh D. Willig. Charles A. Philips was absent.
Consultants:	Mark P. Thompson, Esq., Dan Wright, P.E.
Staff:	Linda Csete, Manager and Lisa Gardner, Recording Secretary.

New Business

Marshall Conditional Use Decision

Mr. Thompson read from the draft decision for Conditional Use Application #2-2013 for Paul Marshall. The Application was denied for nighttime use but approved for daytime with thirty-five conditions. Mr. Kuhn moved to approve the Decision as drafted and Mr. Rodgers seconded. Mr. Piliero called for discussion and there being none, called the vote. All were in favor. Copies will be distributed to counsel after minor editing.

Adjournment

Mr. Piliero adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 6, 2015, 7:30 p.m. at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154, 255 North Phoenixville Pike, in Malvern, PA.
