CHARLESTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS BUSINESS MEETING September 5, 2000

The first business meeting for September was held Sept. 5, 2000 at the Valley Forge Christian College, Memorial Chapel. Irene W. Ewald, Chairman, Paul J. Hogan, Michael J. Rodgers, Thomas F. Oeste, Esq., Gary Bender, Esq., Surender S. Kohli, P.E., Ed Theurkauf, Planner, and those on the attached list were present.

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M.

Hearing - Toll Brothers Inc. Tentative Plan and Conditional Use Application

The hearing was opened and the proceeds were taken by a court reporter. The hearing was closed.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 P.M. The next meeting will be held on September 11, 2000, 7:30 P.M. at the Valley Forge Christian College.
