Recording Secretary
Recording Secretary, Part Time - Charlestown Township seeks detail oriented individual
with excellent listening and writing skills to record accurate minutes at 2–4 evening meetings per month.
Drafting of minutes may be performed at home during the day provided you have internet access. Must
have strong MS word experience. Familiarity with Municipal proceedings a plus. Interviews to start February

Historical Commission/HARB
The combined Historical Commission and Historical Architectural Review Board has been
very active in Charlestown Township. The group provides advice to the Board of Supervisors and other
boards and commissions to foster the preservation of the historic, archeological and architectural values
of the Township.
The Historical Commission is always interested in meeting with residents who own historic
properties in the Township. If you’d like to learn more about local history, please contact Rosemary

meetings that take place on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Great Valley Middle School at 4:00
p.m.
