NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the Choral Room, #154, of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 03-2022, filed by Robert and Joan Cadigan, herein, “Applicants,” wherein Applicants request the Zoning Hearing Board to grant Applicants, a variance(s) from §27-1701.2 of the Charlestown Township’s Zoning Ordinance, as amended, so that Applicants may increase the area of the existing non-conforming building, situated on 60 Mine Road, Charlestown Township, hereinafter, the “Subject Property,” by more than 50% and/or grant Applicants a special exception to increase the existing non-conforming building footprint of the Subject Property in accordance with said §27-1701.2 so that Applicants may construct an extension of the existing kitchen eat-in space and add a mud/utility room, with storage space to the existing non-conforming building. Applicants are the owners of the Subject Property, sometimes identified as Tax Map Parcel 35-04-0081, which is located in a FR-Farm Residential zoning district.
