Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township will hold a public hearing at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154, 255 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the application for conditional use submitted by Christopher Marks and Kathleen Greene to permit two residential driveways within the Steep Slopes District pursuant to Section 27-1203.2 of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance on the property identified as Tax Parcel No. 35-5-22 located at 4219 Howell Road, Malvern PA 19355. The property that is the subject of the application is within the FR Farm Residential Zoning District.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be afforded to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
