NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on December 7, 202I, at 7:00 p.m., at the Choral room, #154 of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 08-202I, filed by Priyesh Malvankar, herein, "Applicant," wherein Applicant requests that the zoning Hearing Board grant variances from §27-606.B.(2) and, §27- 1503.C.(1) of the Zontng Ordinance of Charlestown Township and such other relief from said Ordinance that may be required in order to extend the area of an existing deck situated upon the property. The property which is the subject of Applicant’s zoning request is situated in a PRD-2 Zonrng District, and is located at 13 Oakwood Court, Charlestown Township. Said property is designated Tax Map Parcel No. 35-6-22. The legal owners of the subject property are Priyesh Malvankar and Ptatima A. Ral.
