NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at the cafeteria of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Fennsylvania to hear Application No. 06-2021, filed by Ronald J. Smolenski, herein, “Applicant,” wherein Applicant requests that the Zoning Hearing Board grant variances from §27-504.1.E. and F. which are applicable to Applicant’s property as provided by §27-607.1.A.(1) and a variance from §27-1608.1.C.(1) of the Zoning Ordinance of Charlestown Township and such other relief from said Ordinance that may be required in order to construct: a deck and fire place with chimney, and roof over part of the deck. The property which is the subject of Applicant’s zoning request is situated in a PRD-1 Zoning District, and is located at 102 Windy Hollow Drive, Charlestown Township. Said property is designated Tax Map Parcel No. 35-2-186. The legal owners of the subject property are Ronald J. Smolenski and Jennifer N. Smolenski.
