NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, immediately following the conclusion of a hearing that will be held on Application 06-2021, bur not sooner than 8:00 p.m., at the cafeteria of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 07-2021, filed by Anand Mahalingham, herein, “Applicant,” wherein Applicant requests that the zoning Hearing Board grant variances from §27-606.B.(2) and §27-1503.C.(1) of the Zoning Ordinance of Charlestown Township and such other relief from said Ordinance that may be required in order to expand the area of an existing deck situated upon the property. The property which is the subject of Applicant’s zoning request is situated in a PRD-2 Zoning District, and is located at 161 Sagewood Drive, Charlestown Township. Said property is designated Tax Map Parcel No. 35-6-199. The legal owners of the subject property are Anand Mahalingham and Anuradha Soundararajan.
