NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 7:15 p.m., at the Choral Room, #154, of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 06-2021, filed by William Davison, herein, “Applicant,” wherein Applicant requests the Zoning Hearing Board grant variances from §27-904 1.A. which requires a minimum lot area of not less than one acre, and §27-904 1.E. which requires that neither the front yard nor the rear yard of a lot not be less than sixty feet, of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and a variance if required to permit construction of a flex space building on the subject property. Applicant is the owner of the subject property which is situated in a NC-1 Neighborhood Commercial-1 zoning district and is located at 3250 Phoenixville Pike and is designated Tax Map Parcel No. 35-4-98.1
