NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., to hear Application No. 02-2021, filed by GV Commons Lot One, L.P., herein, “Applicant,” wherein Applicant requests the Zoning Hearing Board to grant the owner of the subject property, a variance from §27-2212.1.D of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to install thirty-seven (37) additional parking spaces on part of the subject property. The subject property is located in a TND District, Area 3 zoning district and is located at 10 and 12 General Warren Boulevard. The greater part of the subject property is located in Charlestown Township, and is designated Tax Map Parcel No. 35-4-108, and the remainder part of the subject property is located in East Whiteland Township and is designated Tax Map Parcel No. 42-2-3. Applicant is the owner of the subject property.
