Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township will hold a public hearing at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154, 255 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. to consider an application for conditional use submitted by Russell Becker for a property located at 2130 Conestoga Road, Malvern, PA 19355. The property consists of approximately 2.3-acres identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 35-7-10.2. The property is located in the Farm Residential (FR) Zoning District of the Township. The Applicant proposes to construct an accessory detached garage and guest quarters which is permitted by conditional use pursuant to Section 27-1608.1.B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.
