NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on May 28th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Choral Room, #154, of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 01-2019, filed by Janet Rubino, herein, “Applicant,” wherein Applicant requests that the Zoning Hearing Board grant Applicant the following relief: (1) a special exception pursuant to §27-1701.2 of Charlestown’s zoning ordinance to increase the area of a nonconforming dwelling situated on Applicant’s realty; (2) a variance to increase the area of Applicant’s nonconforming dwelling to more than fifty percent (50%) of its existing area, the limit imposed by said §27-1701.2; (3) a variance from the setback requirements imposed by §27-405 of the ordinance; (4) a determination by the Zoning Hearing Board that §27-402.1. B (1) of the ordinance does not preclude dwelling use of a separate building situated on Applicant’s property; and (5) such other zoning ordinance relief necessary to obtain Applicant’s requested zoning approvals.
