NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Choral Room, #154, of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 02-18, filed by William Dungee, herein, “Applicant,” wherein Applicant requests that the Zoning Hearing Board grant a variance from §27-1701.5, if the Board determines that Applicant’s previous nonconforming use has been abandoned or a variance from §27-1701.5, if Applicant’s intended nonconforming use of the subject property is not of the same classification as Applicant’s previous nonconforming use, and a special exception pursuant to §27-1701.2 if the area of Applicant’s intended nonconforming use exceeds 25% of the area of the building devoted to a nonconforming use when the property first became nonconforming. The property which is the subject of Applicant’s zoning request is situated in a R-1 zoning district, and is located at 1 Charlestown Road, Phoenixville, PA. Said property, upon which the Stables Bar operated, is owned by William Dungee and is identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 35-2E-78.
