NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154, 255 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the application for conditional use submitted by Applicants, Donald and Elizabeth Andersen for a property located at 23 Eastwick Road, Malvern PA consisting of approximately 13.3 acres and identified as Tax Parcel No. 35-1-16.
The Applicants seek conditional use approval pursuant to Section 27-402.C(6) of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the subdivision of the property into two lots by conventional lot development and pursuant to 27-1203.2.B(2) to permit disturbance of steep slopes for stormwater management facilities on the proposed subdivided lot. In addition the Board will consider any other relief that may be necessary.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be afforded to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
