NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., at the library of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear a zoning challenge filed by Charlestown Outdoor, LLC, pursuant to §916.1(a)(1) of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, wherein it is alleged that §27-1405.13 of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is invalid as it excludes billboards advertising off-premises businesses. Charlestown Outdoor, LLC, is a lessee of realty owned by Circlewood LP, and located at 3317 Phoenixville Pike, Charlestown Township. The subject property is situated in a B-1 (TND-2 overlay) zoning district and is designated tax map parcel No. 35-04-32.
