Notice is hereby given that the Charlestown Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154, 255 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. to consider an application for conditional use submitted by Carl Lillmars Jr. and Donna M. Lillmars for construction of a single family detached dwelling and associated on-lot sewage disposal system in a steep slope area pursuant to Section 27-1205 of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance and all other relief requested on the property located at 2212 Bodine Road, Malvern PA in the Farm Residential District (FR) containing approximately 6.066 acres and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 35-3-12H.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be afforded to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
