NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., at the library of the Great Valley Middle School, located at 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 02-16, filed by SMF Properties, LLC, herein, “Applicant,” wherein Applicant requests that the Zoning Hearing Board grant Applicant relief from the area and bulk regulations set forth at §27-504 of the Zoning Ordinance of Charlestown Township and any other relief that may be required to convert an existing barn to a single family residential dwelling. The property which is the subject of Applicant’s zoning request is situated in NC-1/TND-3 Zoning Districts, and is located at 1001 Yellow Springs Road, sometimes known as 1028 Yellow Springs Road, Charlestown Township. Said property is designated Tax Map Parcel No. 35-04-0115. The legal owner of the subject property is SMF Properties, LLC.
