NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 P.M., August 1, 2016 at the Great Valley Middle School, 255 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. CU-16-01 Application of Katherine Bright for conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 27-402.C(2) and 27-1614 of the Code of Charlestown Township to permit a personal training studio home occupation on a property in the FR Farm Residential Zoning District. The subject property, known as UPI (tax parcel) no. 35-4-38 consists of approximately 2.30 acres and is located at 4004 Hollow Road.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Charlestown Township Municipal Building, 4030 Whitehorse Road, Devault, Pennsylvania 19432, during normal business hours.
