NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:30 P.M., February 6, 2012 at the Great Valley Middle School, 255 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, Pennsylvania, to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. CU-12-02 Application of Antonio Alexandre Goncalves for conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 27-1809.1 and 27-1614 of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance to allow a home occupation at the single-family detached dwelling on the property located at 4053 Tinker Hill Road, Pheonixville, PA 19355. The subject property consists of approximately 4.1 acres and is located within the FR – Farming Residential Zoning District. The property is known as UPI (tax parcels) nos. 35-2-118.1.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Charlestown Township Municipal Building, 4030 Whitehorse Road, Devault, Pennsylvania 19432, during normal business hours.
