For general access: Park in the back of the High School near Door #6, which will be open for visitors. Upon entering the building, turn right at the first hallway and the choral room is on the right.
For handicapped access: Park at the side of the High School near Door #1. Upon entering the building, turn left at the first hallway and go the length of the hall until you can turn left. The choral room is on the right.

Charlestown Township recognizes the right of its citizens to present public comments on Township issues and encourages your participation. We’re very interested in your comments on the topics being discussed.
For items that are listed on this evening’s agenda, the Planning Commission first hears from the presenter(s), and follows up with questions and discussion from its members. The Chairman will then open this discussion to the public for your comments and questions before any vote is taken. In the interest of time, we respectfully request that you refrain from reiterating comments already directed to the Commissioners.

Formal Applications, including Sketch Plans, Preliminary or Final Subdivision & Land Development Plans, Applications for Zoning Amendment, must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the next meeting. Contact the Township Office to coordinate what information, and how many copies, are needed for the submission.
General matters for discussion are at the discretion of the Planning Commission Chairman, who will consider whether they merit inclusion on a future agenda. Requests should be made via email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) two weeks prior to the next meeting.
