Board of Supervisors Business Meeting
Minutes of November 1, 2011

A budget work session was held November 1, 2011 at the Township Office, 4030 Whitehorse Road, Devault, PA. Hugh Willig, Chairman, Frank A. Piliero, Vice Chairman, Kevin R. Kuhn, Charles A. Philips, and Linda Csete, Township Manager were present along with Parks & Rec Chairman Bob Jones, Trail Committee Chairman Sue Staas and Brightside Farm Manager Alix Coleman.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.

Citizens’ Forum for Non-Agenda Items

– No matters were brought forward.

Budget Work Session

The Board reviewed the budget draft prepared by the Township Manager. The budget will be adjusted to include changes discussed this evening.

Other Matters

Mr. Kuhn updated the board on open space projects.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P.M. The next meeting is scheduled for November 7, 2011, 7:30 P.M. in Room 154 of the Great Valley Middle School.
